FreedomTest is the Knowledge Engineering Center's (KEC) online computer-based testing program that allows instructors to collaborate to create and categorize potential test questions and generate paper-based or online exams. FreedomTest can also allow students to take randomly-generated tests via the Internet, from home or in a proctor-supervised environment.
